Below, you’ll find everything you need to know about teaching with Free Range Scholars, from setting up your instructor account to engaging with students in your virtual classroom.     Anyone with a passion for teaching and a unique skill to share! You don’t need a teaching degree—many of our instructors are homeschooling parents, co-op leaders, artists, and professionals eager to share their knowledge with engaged learners.

    Absolutely! Many of our instructors are homeschooling moms who teach from home while caring for their own children. We support flexible, family-friendly teaching!

    Once approved as an instructor, you’ll have access to our teacher portal where you can:

    Host your class live via Zoom, Design your class description, Set your schedule and pricing, Upload any required materials. We also provide tutorials and guides to walk you through the process!

    You set your class price, and after each class, your earnings (minus a small platform fee) are securely processed and sent to you. We use Stripe or PayPal for fast and reliable payments.

    There’s no upfront cost to list a class. We take a small commission from each successful enrollment, so you only pay when you earn.
